Salary: £27,000 to £32,000 per annum depening on experience

Are you an Accounts Payable Manager looking for the challenge of taking a mission driven organisation to its next level of success?
Ornua is actively seeking a Accounts Payable Manager to join our Finance department as we continue our growth trajectory. The Accounts Payable Manager will play a key role in managing the Accounts Payable function for Ornua Foods UK. The Accounts Payable team provide financial, administrative, and clerical services to the local business.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for leading on;
- Manage the Accounts Payable function within Ornua Foods UK.
- Supervision of one Accounts Payable Specialist.
- Manage the Invoice Approval Process.
- Effect payments in line with the credit terms policy of the Group
- Preparation of Month End reporting for the Accounts Payable department.
- Manage the Supplier set up and amendment process for Accounts Payable.
- Ensure Global SLAs, KPIs, Policies and Procedures are met for the Accounts Payable function.
- Proactively supporting and resolving invoice queries with both suppliers, and managers across the organisation.
- Provide insights into potential issues with suppliers, potential risks on invoicing and possible improvements. This to be achieved through regular reconciliation of Supplier Statements ensuring these are done in line with company policy.

What You Bring To The Role:
- Minimum of 3 years practical experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly.
- Excellent IT skills with a high proficiency in Excel & experience of working with an ERP system, such as Infor, SAP, Sage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
