Description

Accounts Payable Manager:

• Supervise the Accounts Payable function to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Maintain and analyse accounts, prepare financial reports, and manage vendor relations.
• Implement and enforce AP policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team.
• Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of systems for increasing efficiency.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Manager should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable principles and procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
