Accounts Payable Manager/ Purchase Ledger Manager

Are you looking for an Accounts Payable Manager for a growing business? Working closely in Harrow this fantastic organisation are looking for a strong manager to drive processes and financial performance.

This role will require an understanding of P2P process.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Manage a team of 9 Accounts Payable assistants, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, credit notes, and payments through Kefron and NetSuite.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and be a point of escalation for discrepancies or payment issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Managing and posting manual invoices where necessary and supporting Accounts Payable staff.
• Process daily urgent payments when necessary.
• Organising and managing KPIs for the team.
• Monitor and manage the accounts inbox effectively

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong staff management experience
• P2P experience
