Accounts Payable Officer – Permanent Post
30 Hours (part time) hours negotiable. £27,342 pro rata rising to £28,161 pro rata in two annual increments.
A new opportunity has arisen for a part time Accounts Payable Officer to join the Finance Department of Wiltshire Police based at Devizes HQ as an agile worker there is potential for home working.
The Accounts Payable Officer will deliver a varied customer focused service to the Force surrounding transactional Finance Service’s to include purchasing of goods and services and Accounts Payable. The post will liaise with other departments in the force and external customers and agencies.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy financial environment using a computerised financial system, will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and be part of the bigger Finance Team contributing to the success of the Force.
To be eligible to apply for this role you must have a 3 year ‘checkable history’ in the UK – this means that you would have been resident in the UK for the last 3 years.
