Job Description

As an successful Accounts Payable Receivable Clerk you will:

  • Processing and payment of invoices
  • Recording and tracking expenses and payments
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Generating financial reports for management
  • Ensuring accuracy of all financial transactions
  • Managing petty cash transactions
  • Maintaining an organized and streamlined accounting system
  • Providing administrative and clerical support as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Receivable Clerk should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An understanding of accounting principles and best practices
