Job Description
As an successful Accounts Payable Receivable Clerk you will:
- Processing and payment of invoices
- Recording and tracking expenses and payments
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Generating financial reports for management
- Ensuring accuracy of all financial transactions
- Managing petty cash transactions
- Maintaining an organized and streamlined accounting system
- Providing administrative and clerical support as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Receivable Clerk should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- An understanding of accounting principles and best practices
