Description
- Workload management of Accounts Payable Team (inbox/emails)
- Daily morning team meeting
- Payment run preparation.
- Balance sheet reconciliations and investigation
- P&L reporting & reconciliation for package departures
- Training plan management & KPIs for the team
- Resource planning - Control staff holidays and ensure that sufficient resource is available throughout the year.
Profile
- AAT Qualified
- Team management experience
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
- Ability to both lead and work within a team effectively and display initiative
- Be approachable and professional
- Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Strong Accounts payable skills
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately .
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Organised with the ability to work under pressure.
- Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
