Hours: Full Time, Hybrid

Role Details - Accounts Payable Team Lead
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead to join well-established company based in Coleshill on a permanent basis.

The Accounts Payable Team Lead will process and maintain Accounts Payable records and provide financial administrative support to regional finance teams
Key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Team Lead
* Oversee a team of 2 AP Clerks and be the main contact between the team and the Finance Manager
* Accurate processing, coding, and matching of invoices in accordance with group policies.
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoicing queries in a professional manner, on a timely basis and to comply with statutory requirements.
* Check subcontractor payments prior to processing.
* Handle post/emails related to invoices and any other associated duties including scanning as and when needed.

Key skills required of the Accounts Payable Team Lead
* High volume processing environment with good knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable function.
* Time management and organizational skills to manage workload.
* Ability to communicate to all stakeholders, both internally and externally
* Ability to resolve and reconcile issues without supervision.
