Description
The Accounts Payable clerk will report to the Accounts Payable Manager. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Processing invoices and expense claims
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Maintaining the purchase ledger
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closings
- Adhering to financial policies and regulations
- Liaising with suppliers regarding payment queries
- Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance team as required
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable candidate should have:
- Experience working in a fast-paced Finance department
- Experience using an accounting software
- Excellent numeric and data entry skills
- Strong communication abilities
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to work to deadlines
