Key responsibilities:
- Consistently manage and update Accounts Receivable records
- Coordinate with various departments for invoice verification and approval
- Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding billing issues
- Contribute to the finance team's overall objectives and goals
- Adhere to financial policies and regulations
- Assist with month-end closing activities and audit preparation as needed
Profile
The successful candidate requires:
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
