Accounts Receivable Administrator – Whiteley – 6 months temporary

£13 to £14 per hour – full-time

Are you a French, German, Italian or Spanish speaking Accounts Receivable/Credit Control Administrator looking for a contract to the end of the year? 

Reed Accountancy are working with a leading Manufacturing company in Whiteley to recruit a temporaryAccounts Receivable Administratorto join for an initial 3-month period.

Scope of Role: As the Accounts Receivable Administrator you will be supporting multiple accounts with in the EMEA region. the Accounts Receivable team is crucial in maintaining accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Summary: As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will be integral to the team, ensuring the precise and prompt handling of supplier invoices, employee expenses, and vendor management. You’ll work under the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and contribute to our commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor slow paying and overdue client accounts.
• Continually strive to reduce bad debt.

This position is working closely with European clients and as such the requirement for a second language is key for the successful candidate. Candidates with business knowledge level of French, German, Italian or Spanish will be highly desired.
