Accounts Receivable Administrator

Dandara Living is recruiting for a Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our prestigious build-to-rent headquarters in Altrincham.

About the role 

The successful Accounts Receivable Administrator will join a fast-paced and high-volume finance team, overseeing the property management arm of the business, Dandara Living Management. The role requires strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and strong organisational skills. The Accounts Receivable Administrator will be able to work quickly and efficiently, with excellent accuracy and precision. They will also be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

This role will consist of 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home.

What you will do: 

• Processing all rental income and associated transactions
• Issuing invoices and raising charges to tenants
• Setting up Direct Debit Mandates for rent and car parking charges
• Raising Direct Debit collection batches and reconciling
• Processing tenancy deposit refunds and associated charges
• Reconciling Tenant deposits held to various deposit protection scheme records
• Accurately accounting for clients’ monies including reconciliation of client bank
• Liaising with on?site leasing teams
• Liaising with head office staff where required

What you will have: 

Desired

• 2 + years’ experience in a similar property accounting team
• Previous use of financial system COINS or equivelant

Essential 

• Excellent MS office skills including Excel
• An understanding of accounting principles and double entry bookkeeping
