Accounts Receivable Advisor 12-month FTC

Are you naturally investigative? Have you got a great eye for detail and handling of financial figures? If so, then the Accounts Receivable Advisor role could be for you!
The role will require you to start at 8am to cover time sensitive tasks.
About the role
As an Accounts Receivable Advisor, you will be responsible for investigating the inflows of cash into our business from our customers to ensure they are referred to the correct account. You will gain an insight into how we ensure our accounting ledgers are up to date as you work with your internal colleagues to resolve any miscalculations. As you build up knowledge of the business and processes you will also have the opportunity to be involved in process improvement projects that will empower you to improve how we work.
About you
You will need to be highly organised as you manage your workload and complete different tasks to ensure that you meet your personal and team KPI’s. You will be using your top-quality customer service skills daily as you collaborate with different colleagues and customers to resolve any issues you may come across. Your highly motivated attitude will drive you on to be successful in your new role as you grow your skill sets and work on different tasks.
