SalaryMacKenzie King are excited to be recruiting anAccounts Receivable Assistant for an award-winning national business, based on the outskirts of Ipswich. As an Accounts Receivable Assistant you will have a keen eye for detail and the confidence to raise any queries with the surrounding team. You will play a vital role in an accounts team within a business that are continuing to go from strength to strength.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Day to day processing & reconciling payments & refunds to customers via the various payment types, credit cards, cheques and PayPal.
- Assisting with the posting of transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Dealing with queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Other general admin duties within the finance department as required.
- Attend team meetings and contribute effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate regularly with the head of department to ensure that the business are delivering to a high standard.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Accuracy & attention to detail.
- Good systems skills, to include Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience working on an ERP system is advantageous.
