Description
- Process and post customer payments to the appropriate accounts promptly and accurately.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues with customers to ensure timely payment.
- Generate and send out invoices, statements, and reminders to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries and concerns.
- Assist in the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Profile
- Immediately available or available within short notice
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or a related finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
