Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a fantastic business in the Sheffield City Centre as they look to recruit an Accounts Receivable Assistant into their welcoming, close knit team on a Part time, permanent basis.

Duties of this Part time, Accounts Receivable Assistant position include:
- Administration, maintenance and development of the cashbook
- Processing of online payments
- Administration and recording of all till & other card/cash transactions
- Administration and recording of all petty cash transactions
- Assisting the Senior Accountant with month-end duties
- Providing cover for other Accounts Receivable roles as required
- Ownership of AR mailboxes for all entities including distribution of documents
Person Specification:
- Hold administration experience within a medium/large size organisation
- Have experience of finance systems, including posting entries & extracting information
- Possess good organisational skills with attention to detail be able to work to deadlines, including re-prioritisation of tasks as necessary
