Accounts Receivable Clerk
Canning Town, East London, E16 – office-based role

• Full time, permanent
• £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

About the role:

Join this busy and dynamic finance team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. You'll play a crucial role in invoice generation, credit control, and process improvement, contributing to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate production invoices promptly
• Maintain client purchase order register
• Monitor invoice production deadlines
• Run periodic reports and reconcile invoices
• Manage credit control process and issue aged debt reports
• Produce client-specific and ad hoc reports

The Ideal Candidate:

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone proactive, self-motivated, and with excellent communication skills. If you have accounts experience and a knack for credit control, you're the perfect fit for this team.

Requirements:

• Good communicator, confident in dealing with all levels of staff and customers.
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Good IT skills including Excel
• Accounts experience in a similar role
• Some credit control experience preferred
