Your new role
- Credit control of 4 ledgers via telephone and via email
- Maintaining the company\'s sales ledger
- Daily Banking
- Sales Ledger Invoice processing
- Resolving invoice queries
- Processing expense requests
- Cash book maintenance
- Cash Forecasts assistance
- Bank reconciliation
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Basic administration of the purchase ledger
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be an accountancy or business finance graduate with the drive to learn and succeed. You will be ambitious with the basic skills in Microsoft Excel Vlookups and Pivot tables and a basic understanding of commercial finance. Candidates with 1- 3 years post graduate experience will also be considered.
What you\'ll get in return
This is an excellent entry level finance role where you will be mentored by an excellent Finance Manager in a small yet professional finance function. There will be tremendous scope for growth and progression. The role is paying circa £28K- £30K with scope for progression and development.
