Accounts Receivable Manager position located at Epworth House in Derby.
Full-time, permanent role with 37 hours per week.
Annual salary of £36,505, increasing to £37,880 after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.

About the Role
The position involves overseeing the AR function within the Operational Finance team, ensuring accurate processes are followed within specified deadlines.
Responsibilities include staff management, billing, credit control, balance sheet reconciliations, period-end reporting, direct debit collection, bad debt provisions, refund and cash posting, as well as handling internal and external queries.
The AR Manager will report to the Head of Operational Finance and lead the team to success.
About You
The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge, experience in transactional finance, and be AAT qualified or equivalent. They must be able to engage colleagues to ensure consistent process execution, have at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced finance environment, possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for personal and team development. Additionally, they should be enthusiastic, adaptable, IT proficient, and possess a strong intellect.
