Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating and sending out invoices to customers
- Maintaining relationships with customers with regular communication via phone and email
- Following up on overdue accounts
- Processing of incoming receipts
- Preparing and maintaining various reports to send out internally to the team
- Communicating with clients to collect monies owed and resolve queries
- Assisting with month end where required
Profile
Successful candidate:
- Will have worked in a similar role previously
- Proficient with Excel
- Problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and alone
Job Offer
Salary up to £28,000 per annum + 25 days holiday + parking + pension.
