SalaryA high growth Retail business that I'm currently partnered with in the Trafford area are looking to add an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to their growing finance function.
In this dynamic and varied role, you'll be reporting into the Credit Manager and will be a key cornerstone in the smooth running of a fast paced finance function.
As the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, your responsibilities will include...
* Lead all aspects of your team Management (Performance reviews, etc)
* Set team and individual targets (weekly/monthly) for your team
* Deliver regular monitoring of the AR Ledgers & Cash & Banking Bank Reconciliation
* Drive target delivery of your AR & C&B Clerks
* Drive and deliver departmental KPIs
* Ensure AR & C&B Operations are running smoothly
* Ensure all AR & C&B activities are delivered according to targets
* Ensure SLAs are adhered to
* Drive cleanse of C&B and AR on regular bases
* Act as a deputy to the Transaction Manager as and when required
* Represent the FSSC across the business
* Support the delivery of FSSC leadership initiatives as per requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience...
* Minimum 2 years of similar management experience of at least 5 colleagues
* Can demonstrate a track record of developing others
* Working in an environment that has a high level of transactions
* Working in a fast pace environment
* Hitting deadlines
* Highly motivated and proactive who enjoys leading and working in a team, whilst also taking full ownership and accountability of delivering results
* Computer literate with good excel skills
* Highly numerate with an innate ability to interpret data quickly and act upon it
* Strong commercial acumen
* Positive, pragmatic attitude
* An ability to hold your own within a high challenge/high support culture
* Solid verbal and written communication skills
