Accounts Receivable Supervisor

• Operate both a proactive and recovery approach to your assigned ledger.
• Regularly contact customers via telephone, Teams and e-mail in respect of overdue balances.
• To liaise with Sales and other internal stakeholders in respect of outstanding queries.
• To liaise with Central File Maintenance and Risk in respect of customer account details ie terms and credit limits and any other markers.
• Complete agreed escalation processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customer contacts.
• Work collaboratively with Credit Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure resolution of customer queries and achievement of targets with regular ledger reviews with direct reports.
