Accounts Receivable Team Lead

• Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable Team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable function, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and reconciliation.
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on past due accounts to minimize outstanding balances and mitigate credit risk.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve customer inquiries and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Review and analyze Accounts Receivable data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements related to Accounts Receivable.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes accountability, integrity, and continuous learning.
