Accounts Semi-Senior / Seniors

Thriving Accountancy Practice in Lincoln is seeking Account Semi Seniors and Account Seniors to join the growing team! If you are experienced within Accountancy Practice and looking to grow your career this role is for you. Working with a varied portfolio of Sole traders, SMEs and Ltd companies preparing Accounts to UK GAAP the successful Accounts Semi Seniors and Seniors will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge bases and grow professionally.

Ideally suited to anyone with over 2 years UK Accountancy Practice experience, preferably you will be working towards your ACCA or ACA qualification but those with AAT are also encouraged to apply.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary dependent on experience but ranging between £27,000 - 40,000

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Full Financial and Management Accounts preparation
• Bookkeeping and VAT returns
• Personal tax returns
• Client meetings and advice
• Supporting junior team members
• Ad hoc tasks as the clients require

Applicant requirements:

• ACA or ACCA qualification, working toward or completed
• Experience within UK Accountancy Practice
• Good software literacy
• Ability to work independently with an excellent understanding of UK GAAP
