Job Description
- Providing support to the accounting team in day-to-day operations.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Working closely with team members to handle client queries.
- Undertaking bookkeeping tasks and managing accounts.
- Contributing to team meetings and sharing best practices.
- Participating in professional development and training sessions.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Performing administrative duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Trainee should have:
- A strong academic background, preferably in finance, accounting or a related field.
- At least 12 months UK practice experience.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and accounting software.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop.
