Role:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account/Claims Handler. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, including renewals, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing, processing, and coordinating insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Renewals, Customer Service, and Account Management skills
- Acturis Experience Desirable
- Experience in the Insurance and Insurance Brokerage domain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in Insurance or related field beneficial
- Lively office based right next to Borough Market
- Support with CII qualifications and ongoing training provided
- They do have an office dog
