This role will involve:
- Managing a team of planning executives/managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of OOH campaigns.
- Leading relationships with high spend accounts.
- On platform OOH planning, activations, and account management.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell OOH opportunities.
- Working closely business directors to implement strategies, set team KPIs and upskill junior team members.
- Ensure positive and profitable relationships with other agencies, media owners and clients.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- At 4 years of OOH planning & buying experience.
- Experience managing large campaign budgets.
- Commercial minded and able to identify opportunities to further sell in OOH to clients.
- International market experience desirable but not essential.
