My client offers expert consulting services focused on ensuring compliance with relevant British Standards and building regulations. They work in close collaboration with design teams to streamline the cost-effective implementation of acoustical design. Their extensive portfolio includes projects across the hospitality, education, residential, and healthcare sectors, covering a wide range of development scales.

Qualifications:

• Ability to create high-quality technical reports and make them understandable for all parties.
• At least 3 years of experience in acoustics with MIOA status.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Acoustics or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in building acoustics, especially in construction RIBA stages 1-3.
• Familiarity with new construction as well as existing residential and commercial structures.
• Valid driver's licence.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborating on-site with colleagues for surveys, assessments and supervising junior staff when necessary.
• Efficient management and communication with key stakeholders.
• Thoroughly reviewing plans to ensure compliance with British acoustic regulations.
• Writing technical reports and providing expert advice to clients for necessary remedies.
