Job description

Legacy Strategies are hiring on behalf of our client for the role of Acquisitions Administrator. You will be working closely alongside the Land and Property team to ensure all records and general admin is kept up to date and inline with all policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have vast admin experience.

Full-Time/Temporary 8 week contract/ Office based

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Helping with the preparation of information packs and reports for governance, reporting, and finance purposes.
  • Taking minutes during meetings as required, producing them promptly for review.
  • Managing shared inboxes, assigning actions, and tracking progress on tasks.
  • Typing up reports, creating presentations, and producing other documents as needed by the team.
  • Making travel arrangements such as booking hotels and train tickets for team members.
  • Undertaking core administrative tasks like electronic filing and organising meetings.
  • Supporting the organisation of engagement events.
  • Actively promoting and embedding Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion principles in all work activities.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in administrative and secretarial support roles.
  • Have experience in minute-taking and managing inboxes.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, especially Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of data and information management.
