Location: Llanelli, covering Carmarthenshire as a county. There will also be an expectation to travel to other areas of Dyfed.

Key details/responsibilities:
Engage service users in Dyfed’s substance misuse treatment system.
Deliver evidence-based and manualised brief interventions and semi-structured interventions both in group-work settings and on a one-to-one basis to substance users and concerned others.
Conduct high level assessments including risk assessment.
Deliver harm reduction initiatives including Needle and Syringe Programmes, Naloxone training, and Dried Blood Spot Testing Services.
