Job Description
As an Activities Organiser, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordinating person centred and engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of those in our care.
- Fostering a warm and inclusive environment where residents can connect, get their social needs met, have fun, and thrive.
- Collaborating alongside our caring staff to ensure the well-being of our residents.
- Work to develop links with organisations within our local community.
