My client operates Anaerobic Digestion and Biomass plants across the South. With goals to expand their operations and open more plants, they are willing to fully train candidates to become complete technical specialists in AD Plant operation.

The Role:
- AD Plant Operation, and operation of relevant machinery.
- Plant performance checks and optimisation.
- Stock control of waste and process products.
The Candidate:
- Agricultural background.
- Background in heavy machinery.
- Experience in plant operation, or agricultural equipment operation.
- Willing to fully train into becoming an AD Plant Operator.
- Telehandler experience preferrable, but not necessary.
