As an Adaptive Learning Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing tailored assistance and fostering an Adaptive Learning environment for students with diverse needs. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the educational journey of students within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised support as an Adaptive Learning Assistant for students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff.
• Implement strategies to create an adaptive and inclusive learning environment.
• Offer guidance and assistance to students requiring Adaptive Learning support.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss and address Adaptive Learning concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Adaptive Learning Assistant preferred.
• Relevant certifications or training in special education or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting diverse learners.
