Role: Administration & Accounts
Salary: £26,400
Type: Hybrid 2 days in Office and 3 working from home after successful probation period
Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as an Office and Accounts Assistant. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to the efficiency of daily operations and play a key role in maintaining a productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Input and process for payment all purchase invoices and deal with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with input sales invoices.
- Assist with weekly payroll dues.
- Manage and organise office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in scheduling appointments.
- Maintain and organise physical and digital files.
- Provide general administrative support to team members.
Qualifications:
- Strong organised and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of C.I.S and Domestic Reverse Charge VAT desirable but not essential - Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
