We believe in putting people first, which is why as Administrator Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated and collaborative Xyla Healthcare Services team, where you will be working closely to the Executive assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Leadership Team for the division. You will provide support across all 3 of the divisions.
Part of Acacium Group, our Xyla business delivers market-leading services to improve peoples lives and ease demand on the health system. These services include services to prevent people requiring hospital treatment, clinical care services to support waiting list reduction, discharge services for optimal patient flow and community services for those who require care the community. Xyla provides innovative solutions and digitally enabled services focused on delivering services in the community wherever possible.
Every day you will...
- Act as the go to person for the Senior Team
- Work with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security
- Book regular travel and accommodation via the Corporate Travel Management website
- Attending monthly business review meetings and taking minutes
- Scheduling of meetings
- Ad-hoc tasks to meet company needs
