Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is a unique opportunity as it has become available due to changes in another position within the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the team by efficiently handling administrative tasks, organising board meetings, and ensuring smooth onboarding of board members.
Key Responsibilities:
Board Meetings: Organise and coordinate board meetings, including finding suitable dates, considering UK and European holidays, and accommodating time zones in the calendar.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new board members, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
Invoicing: Take the lead in handling heavier invoicing tasks, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
Accountancy: Assist in basic accountancy tasks, collaborating with the finance team as needed.
Excel Data: Utilize Excel for data entry, organisation, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in an administrative role or a similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling invoicing and accountancy tasks.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
