Job description

Phoenix Equipment is a rapidly growing independent supplier to the Tachograph Market. We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our small dynamic team. The role is full time and office based 5 days per week.
Responsibilities include:
• Deliver exceptional service as a first point of contact for our customers.
• Accurately take and process sales orders by telephone and email.
• Responsible for purchase ledger, checking and processing invoices.
• Manage our customer database and annual calibration service.
• Support team members to ensure accurate stock management.
• Other administration duties as required.
Required experience:
• Professional manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills .
• Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Several years’ experience in a similar role.
