General Admin
Maintain filing system, file reports, manage creation of new folders and archiving
Scan Delivery notes for filing online and manage collection of them
Order stationery
Book hotel accommodation when required
Provide general administrative support to the team
Use in house software (K8 & Microsoft Access)
Purchasing
Issue and process purchase orders to suppliers, from initial PO number allocation through to goods receipting
Follow up overdue orders with suppliers and advise of order status
Ensure completion of purchase order log, status update and confirmation of goods received
Health & Safety
Support Office Manager to communicate Rubix H&S messages to the team
Print & issue Toolbox talks for team completion, chase up completion
Issue H&S documents as part of new starters induction pack

Check holiday request authorisations
Book training courses
Keep training files and tracker up to date
