Admin Assistant
Location: Medway
Salary: Circa GBP20,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an Admin Assistant to join their ever-expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to progress.
Responsibilities of the Admin Assistant:
· Help answer incoming calls
· Manage the post and email
· Greet visitors
· Book, couriers and travel requirements
· Filling
· Photocopying, binding & putting files together
· Provide refreshments
· Reporting and carrying out tasks as required by senior members of the team
· Creating Operation & Maintenance Manuals
· Creating Job Files
· Administrative support
· Producing and editing Documents
Requirements of the Admin Assistant:
· At least 1 years' experience in a similar role.
· Good level of PC skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Able to work as part of a team and own initiative.
· Great communication and organizational skills.
