The Governors of this highly successful and caring school are looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Applicants must be willing to promote and support the aims and ethos of our Catholic school.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide a professional reception service including greeting visitors to the school and dealing with enquiries from staff, pupils, parents, and visitors in the most appropriate manner.
- Create and maintain records using both manual and computerised systems, to enable accurate information to be recorded and statistics to be collated. (Sims)
- Ensuring stationary supplies are maintained and ordered via computerised and paperwork systems, following the schools procurement procedure for “best value.” .
