Adecco Crewe are currently recruiting for 3 x strong Administrators to join our well established and reputable client based in Crewe, on a 12 month fixed term basis.
In this role, you will be assisting with data cleansing and moving data across to a new system for the company. This will involve cross referencing data, checking that the information is correct and up to date, and filling in any missing information. Alongside this you will also be required to cover administration duties on an ad hoc basis, which will include answering the phone to customers as the first point of contact, directing calls and queries to the relevant teams, providing administrative support to the internal sales teams, and ensuring all email inboxes are managed and up to date.
The successful applicant will have strong organisational and administration skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise their own workload. Strong IT skills are required, as well as being proactive and able to pick up new systems quickly.
This is a full time office based position, working with a friendly and supportive team. The working hours for this role are 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, with alternating hours every Friday (8:30am - 12:30pm and 8:30am - 4pm).
