Superstars Holiday Club are a holiday club provider for children aged 5-13 years of each. Over summer we run our popular summer camps meaning our head office can become a lot busier over the Summer Holidays, as a result we are looking to hire 3 new temporary members of staff to work over the summer holidays in our Winwick based office( Warrington WA2 8QU) this is a 11-13 week contract to facilitate the running of the office over this period. This is only a temporary position and there will not be further work in 2024.
- Position one - Mon 20 May until Fri 16 August 2024 - 13 weeks
- Position Two - Mon 18 June until Friday 30 August 2024- 11 Weeks
- Position Three - Mon 18 June until Friday 30 August 2024 - 11 weeks

- SHIFTS are as follows:
- During School holidays - work times will be as follows Monday to Friday 7.00am to 3.00pm, 9.00am to 5.00pm or 11.00am to 7.00pm - as set by the Office Manager
- During Term time - shifts will be either 0900-1700 or 1000-1800 as set by the Office Manager
- Must be available to work every day for the for the duration of the contract, Monday to Friday. (We can accommodate the odd day annual leave but if you have more than 3 consecutive days planned for a holiday we would be unable to accommodate this).
- Must have own transport to commute to Winwick WA2 8QU or be able to get public transport (positioned about 5 minutes walk from Pure Gym in Winwick Quay)
- Must be available to work any of the above shifts
As Office Administrator your responsibilities will include:-
- Taking and actioning telephone calls and emails
- responding to customer emails
- Using our online booking system
- Processing and chasing customer payments.
- Making changes and amendments to bookings from customers requests
- Ensuring that all the staff have the necessary paperwork and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
- Communicationg directly with our Holiday camp head coaches across all North West venues
- Making mailing lists
- Calling schools with information about our Holiday camps
- Preparing and making sweet bags that are sold at the holiday camps
- Fulfilling orders of equipment for delivery from head office to the holiday camp venues.
- Some complaint handling
As Office Administrator your skills will include:-

- Good telephone manner to deal with our customers

- Everyone will get a telephone interview on 10 May by the Office Manager who has applied with some basic questions relating to the above job description along with any holiday dates to be declared at this time as we will be unable to authorise any annual leave after this time along with telephone manner that you deliver at the time - there will be no set time for this telephone interview
- Face to Face Interviews will take place on TUESDAY 14 MAY for those successful to get through the second round
