Form of workOne of our school are looking for a part-time Administration Assistant to work in their busy school office.
This is a long term position till at lease July 2024.
The School Administration Assistant will work 2 days per week which will be Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 4pm.
The successful School Administration Assistant will have administration, general office duties, reception - including meeting and greeting students visitors to the school and answering the telephone.
As the School Administration Assistant you will also have basic first aid duties which will include issuing plasters and general first aid care.
For this position as School Administration Assistant you will ideally have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
