Open to candidates who have a strong work ethic and have experience within a fast-paced office environment.
This is a full time, permanent role and offers a brilliant office environment with a great culture.

Job Duties:
- As an Administration Assistant you will deal with all inbound enquiries via phone, emal and any other method.
- Always provide outstanding customer service.
- Book travel when required.
- Process sales orders inline with company procedures
- Place orders when required.
- Raise purchase orders.
- Scheduling maintenance work
- Keeping customers updated with any deliveries or maintenance work.
- General office administration.

Ideal experience?
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience of working in an administration role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Be able to problem solve effectively.
- Skilful with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Able to create solutions & identify areas for improvement in procedure.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage own workload.
