- Position: Temporary Admin Assistant
- Salary: £12 per hour
- Location: Haywards Heath (Outskirts)
- Hours: Monday - Friday (full time)
First Recruitment Services are delighted to be working with a highly reputable company, seeking a temporary Admin Assistant in their IT Department for 6-8 weeks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicating with key suppliers, arranging quotes, placing orders and tracking deliveries.
- Processing warranty claims, dealing with manufacturers and arranging equipment to be sent back and returned with completed paperwork.
- Managing levels of stock.
- Checking equipment out to users and back in when returned.
- Managing the calendar of the technical team, booking appointments for repair with users.
- Answering phone calls and communicating with users face to face who visit the helpdesk.
- Monitoring the helpdesk and allocating tickets to the technical team.
- Arranging collections and returns.
Experience / Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment
- Intermediate computer skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- GCSE Level English and Math or equivalent.
