The Admin Assistant role will embrace all aspects of administrative support including: compliance, facilities coordination, assiting with contracts and ad hoc projects.
Key responsibilities:
Admin Support
Data entry & updating databases
Liaise with contractors, arrange repair, servicing etc. of equipment
Monitor contracts, raise orders & cancel jobs
Arrange payments & oversee shedule records
Respond to queries & requests
