Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Administrator to work for a lovely company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. The Administrator will be providing admin support to the facilities team.
Salary: up to GBP23,800 + excellent company benefits
Location: Hybrid working – East Grinstead
Admin support duties:
- Administration of all asset management documentation
- Receiving and acting upon repair requests
- Organising emergency call outs
- Organising electrical insurance repairs
- Collating evidence of repairs to support the insurance department
- Administration of the electrical testing and inspection program and recording notification of electrical loss of supply
- Collation of all necessary supporting information for building / site repairs
- To be the main point of contact contractors
- Administer the contractor progress meetings
Skills and experience required:
- Proven Administration, admin support experience ideally within facilities / build maintenance but not essential
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Good IT skills
