The location of the role is Paddington, London.

The pay rate on offer is £15 per hour.

The duration of the contract is 2-3 months.

The client is a large, multinational high-street retailer.

Key accountabilities of the role

• Support product set up process - creating templates, working with offshore team to set up product, coordinating with relevant teams across the process (eCommerce, buying, merchandising, logistics)
• Support Merchandiser with stock reporting and tracking
• Support Merchandiser with issue resolution

Key skills and experience

• Admin experience in a Retail head office environment preferred
• Passion for products and desire to learn about the brand and customer
• Highly organised with attention to detail when performing tasks, ability to anticipate and manage problems, with an ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary
• Systems experience or a clear demonstration of the ability to learn to use systems quickly
• Good communication skills; communicating clearly using phone, email, VC etc.
