Admin Assistant, Hitchin
A new position within this well-established local company, offered on a temporary to permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
Processing daily post and deliveries
Monitoring account management and logistics inboxes
Assisting account manager comprising: -
- Printing leases
- Answering incoming calls
- Arranging access
- Job checks
Admin support for senior managers: -
- Arranging transport and hotels
- Updating due dates on fleet management software
Our client is seeking an organised individual who is able to work both within a team as well as on their own initiative.
You will be keen to learn and want to progress, be IT literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 DOE
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Birthday day off
Private healthcare
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.00pm and 7.30am - 2.30pm on Friday
