The post-holder will be required to provide an efficient and effective administrative service using modern technology within their allocated Department. HNC / HND or equivalent / higher qualification in an administrative related field AND 1 years experience in a clerical / administrative role at Band 3 or equivalent/above OR4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent / higher qualification AND 2 years experience in a clerical / administrative role (with at least 1 year of this to be at Band 3 or equivalent/ above) OR3 years experience in a clerical / administrative role (with at least 1 year of this to be at Band 3 or equivalent/above)Experience in the use of Microsoft office products including Word and excel.Experience in use of IT SystemsExperience of supervising staff
