Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as an admin co-ordinator at this ever-growing business in the events industry specializing in technology from Virtual reality to gaming. Ideal role for someone who wishes to develop their skill set and excel themselves.

The ideal candidate with have an excellent work ethic with previous experience in admin and PA duties. Confident with Microsoft packages such as word, excel etc. Background in the events industry preferred. The opportunity to travel to sites and engage at events so must be hold a full UK driving licence.

We are looking for an outgoing admin co-ordinator who is passionate about their role with duties including:

  • Booking accommodation & Hire vehicles
  • Supporting the MD with method statements and general PA duties
  • Completing vehicle check sheets & booking couriers.
  • Confident in supporting staff members with tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Work Location: Telford
